Sushi Club in Steglitz

Saturday, April 5th, 2014

sushi

Okay the service is terrible, but moody waitresses aside this Sushi place in the heart of Steglitz is great. Menus including a soup and tea start from 5,50 Euros and the Sushi is always fresh and really tasty. The atmosphere is much nicer upstairs, especially if you can get a table at the window.

WHERE Düppelstr.41

Neni Restaurant

Tuesday, March 25th, 2014

monkey barCity West is back! Neni restaurant close to Zoologischer Garten, is a great example of  West Berlin’s new stylish face. The restaurant is based on top of the famous ‘Bikini house’ and the food can be described as ‘ tapas with a middle eastern twist’. After dinner have a cocktail at the adjoining ‘Monkey Bar’ and enjoy the spectacular view over the Kurfürstendamm to one side and to the Zoo to the other.

Street Food Thursday

Sunday, March 23rd, 2014

markthalle neunBerlin has now a far more exciting street food option than ‘Curry Wurst’ and ‘Döner’ - the Street Food Market at Markthalle Neun. Every Thursday between 5-10pm you can try food from all over the world here. No matter if you fancy nigerian FuFu, vegan burgers or mexican Tacos- you can be sure to find it here in Kreuzberg. The idea is to try many different dishes, so portions are small and relatively cheap. It gets really busy, so go early if you want a seat!

WHEN every Thursday between 5 and 10pm

WHERE Markthalle Neuen, Eisenbahnstrasse 42

COST ca. 4.50 Euros per dish
